The finding that shaped the product
Dissatisfaction with delivery is the top reason clients leave. Agencies rank it seventh.
48% of clients cited delivery as the reason they ended an agency relationship — up 14 points on the prior year — while agencies placed it seventh on their own list. Agencies tend to answer churn with discounts and perks. The gap says the real fix is tighter execution and clearer proof of work.
That is why SaaSope is built as an operating path rather than a reporting layer: the system holds the work itself — sending setup, campaign execution, replies, deals, proposals — so the evidence a client sees is produced by the delivery, not assembled afterwards.
