Agency OS guide

Know what is ready, protected, and accountable.

Straight answers about launching outbound, operating customer workspaces, measuring outcomes, and moving work through SaaSope.

How does sending capacity work?

SaaSope checks the active mailbox, campaign, agency plan, and verified sending domain before every send. Capacity is reserved atomically, settled after provider acceptance, and released when delivery fails before acceptance.

Your current limits and remaining capacity are shown in Sending Setup and campaign readiness. SaaSope does not rely on one public per-mailbox number for every sender.

When is a mailbox ready to launch?

Warmup follows a controlled progression that can run for up to 42 days. Calendar age alone is not enough: connection health, verified DNS, warmup status, suppression state, and remaining send capacity must all pass.

Campaign launch stays blocked until an eligible sender is ready. The app shows the specific condition that still needs attention.

How are recipients protected?

Unsubscribes, complaints, bounces, and tenant suppression rules are checked before execution. Campaign approval is bound to the current audience, mailbox set, and limit configuration.

A changed audience or sender configuration requires a fresh launch review instead of silently reusing an old approval.

Where does customer work happen?

Agency HQ is the management layer. Each customer workspace holds that customer’s outreach, projects, proposals, reports, owners, and next actions without exposing another customer’s data.

Managers can review accountable team tasks and adoption signals without tracking keystrokes, passive browsing, or time online.

How do proposals and reporting connect?

Qualified replies and deal context can become one source-grounded proposal. Accepted work hands off to projects, while client-safe reports keep internal agency notes separate.

The handoff preserves customer, owner, and tenant context so operators do not have to rebuild it on the next page.

How should performance be judged?

There is no universal reply or close-rate promise. SaaSope compares targeting, deliverability, replies, deals, proposals, and customer outcomes using the evidence available in your workspace.

Revenue Cockpit recommends a next action only when the supporting sample and source data are visible.

Where do the industry statistics on your site come from?

Every figure we publish links directly to the document it came from, so you can check it yourself. They are third-party benchmarks about the agency industry generally — from AgencyAnalytics, Alto Accounting, Swydo, ZapDigits, and EMARKETER — and several are published by vendors with their own commercial interest. We cite them because they describe the problem accurately, not because they measure us.

We checked each figure against its source page and removed the ones we could not find there, including three that appeared in our own early research. None of these figures are SaaSope customer results, and we do not claim a specific percentage improvement from using SaaSope — we have not been running long enough to have that evidence. When we do, it will be published as customer data and labelled as such.

Plans include the operating path, not a separate token SKU.

Each NEXUS plan includes published campaign, contact, mailbox, seat, proposal, and AI capacity. New workspaces begin with a 14-day NEXUS Core trial, and checkout uses the same billing catalog shown on the pricing page.

Paid media boundary

Revenue Cockpit can prepare and review paid-ad plans. It does not publish ads or spend customer money without an explicit provider connection and authorized launch path.
